E53 x5 - Front Skid Plate Set

For fitment on all E53 X5 models, pre or post facelift, these items protect the vital components such as the intercooler and lower radiators from taking damage from obstacles or debris. They are made from folded 3mm mild steel providing an aggressive utilitarian look and improving approach angle. 

A bumper cut is required to fit these skid plates and some M8 Riv-nutting to the subframes. This allows for the strongest most effective foundation to mount from.

Riv-nut locations are provided upon sale to the customer however it is very straight forward.

Items are supplied in raw finish. Powder coating is available for additional cost, please email us for pricing for this additional service.

NOTE : As with all of our products, these are hand made in the United Kingdom and quite often made to order. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for manufacture and dispatch. However, we strive to be as quick as possible dependent on capacity.
