Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the next working day.

For made-to-order or custom-fabricated items, processing times may vary. Estimated lead times will be provided on the product page or after purchase.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer a range of shipping options depending on your location and the size of the item.

Estimated delivery times:
- UK: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 3–10 business days
- International: 5–15 business days

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

For large or heavy items, additional shipping charges may apply. If so, we will contact you before dispatch.


4. Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


5. Delays and External Factors
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, you may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

7. Delivery Issues
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct at the time of order.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue with the courier.


9. Large or Freight Shipments
Some items may be shipped via pallet or freight service due to size or weight.

For these deliveries:
- A contact number is required
- Delivery may be curbside only
- Someone may need to be present to receive the shipment


10. Split Shipments
In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability and size.
